Introduction:
Our client, Vimergy, is a health and wellness brand that specializes in high-quality, nutrient-dense supplements.
Our UX team was tasked with a full-site redesign to improve the overall customer experience, modernize the brand, and boost revenue.
Challenges:
1. UX Problem - Their original site had inconsistent interactive elements and lengthy text blocks. It lacked clear value information to justify the product pricing and made comparing products within the same category challenging for users.
2. UI Problem - The client lacked original photography, so we had to rely on stock images throughout the site, while still maintaining a sense of authenticity and personality.
Solutions:
1. Our team conducted a full comprehensive usability audit, guided by Baymard best practices and Nielsen Norman Group heuristics.
2. Redesigned the Homepage and PDP with content that better highlighted product benefits, with clear interactive elements.
3. Created a Mixology Chart to help customers better compare benefits with other products.
4. Implemented a Cart drawer and refreshed the PLP to improve the ease of use and scalability.
Results:
- 83.2% increase in AOV on the PDP and a revenue increase of 6.3%.
